Michael Bramnick

Michael retired from NRG Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NRG) in 2024 as Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff and Chief Audit & Compliance Officer and as a member of the Executive Management Team, having previously served NRG as General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Prior to joining NRG in 2004, he held senior roles in the legal departments of three other publicly traded companies. In addition to Freedom United, Michael serves on the boards of Penn State-Dickinson Law School, the D&R Greenway Land Trust, the LiveWell Foundation, and Porte Management Agency, Inc. He is a graduate of George Washington University and Penn State-Dickinson Law School.
