Corporate due diligence in conflict
“This session will bring together business and human rights experts from Ukraine, Myanmar, and Palestine, to discuss the specifics of what human rights and environmental due diligence can – and ought to – look like in scenarios of conflict. The discussion will also take into consideration the existence of non-binding international guidance on due diligence in conflict scenarios, and the contemporary wave of human rights and environmental due diligence legislation across the European Union.”
