Nigeria, Africa’s most populated country, is trying to stop an outrageous crime–the sale of babies, sometimes for rituals…

I was in a restaurant and overheard a conversation about babies being for sale.  I asked the man about it and, thinking I was interested in a purchase, he asked me, “Do you want a baby fresh from the womb?”

He took me to a house in a slum neighborhood late at night, where a woman told me, “I have about six girls in my custody, and they are all heavily pregnant and expecting soon,” she said. “They are not here. I keep them in a secret location.”
